What is mediation?

Mediation is a form of negotiation assisted by a neutral outsider. It is increasingly preferred to our adversarial court system because it costs less time, less money, and can allow two sides to maintain an ongoing relationship without a ‘winner’ and a ‘loser’.

What is my role as mediator?

I believe the role of the mediator is to reach out to both sides, understand their positions and bring about a resolution that is beneficial to all sides. I can be trusted by both parties to respect their needs and goals, and I can deliver my expertise on the legal issues they face when needed. I will respond to your needs and goals swiftly as they change throughout your mediation.
